Merry Maids don’t have a set fee or price list, we quote every home individually. We do not charge an hourly rate, this is because we offer a guarantee of satisfaction, we can’t do this if we are restricted by a set time, other less scrupulous cleaning companies often leave before the work is completed or stretch out the clean to generate extra income, with Merry Maids you pay us a set fee whether we are in your home 1 hour or 5 hours, you can judge us by the quality of the clean. We visit each home and quote based on your own specific circumstances, every household is different, some dirtier some cleaner, a retired couple living alone will normally not require the same depth of clean as a working family with two young children, a dog and a cat. Often our customers don’t have all the rooms cleaned every time, we can rotate rooms that are not frequently used and clean them in a pre arranged sequence. Should you require a monthly clean as opposed to a weekly or two weekly clean, the fee will be slightly higher, the more frequent the clean the cleaner the house, the lower the cost.
